A leading company in hospitality seeks a full-time Parking Attendant at Gold Strike Casino. Your primary role will be to greet guests, manage valet services, and ensure a smooth parking experience. Candidates should have a high school diploma and prior experience in a service environment to provide exceptional customer service.
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As a Parking Attendant, you greet guests, assist with luggage, and safely operate vehicles to and from the parking area. Provide outstanding service, ensuring an exceptional hotel guest experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Two (2) years of experience working in service‐related positions or similar resort setting.
•Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
•Valid State issued Driver’s License
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
•Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

This position may require strenuous physical activities and exposure to pipe, cigar, and/or cigarette smoking. An ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays may also be required.
ResponsibilitiesPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services.
•Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest’s vehicle for their departure.
•Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid.
•Report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance.
•Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion.
•Answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions.
•Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise, refer to the supervisor on duty.
•Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation.
•Assist bell persons with the movement of luggage as necessary.
•Perform other job‐related duties as requested.
