Job summary

The Knox Hotel Employer LLC is seeking a Uniform Attendant to ensure guest clothes and team uniforms are clean, pressed, and presented to Auberge Collection standards. You will support housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction by handling garments, operating laundry equipment, and reporting issues.

Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is required, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Bilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous laundry experience preferred.
• Experience in a hotel or commercial dry cleaning setting preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear and professional communication skills required.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort, classify, and separate garments by type, color, and condition.
• Operate washers, dryers, steamers, irons and other laundry equipment.
• Load and unload machines and monitor cycles for quality.
• Fold, stack, and organize clean linens per standards.
• Inspect uniforms for stains or wear and report issues.
• Maintain inventory and par levels of uniforms.
• Keep laundry areas clean and safe; follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with guest laundry requests and report malfunctions.
