We have this position listed in a different city to showcase the role to candidates that are open to moving. We are offering a $5K sign on/relocation.

Overview

What we are looking for?

• Someone that knows hotels; you MUST have a minimum of 5 years of construction on hotels, and have completed at least 3 properties
• Must be familiar with hotel safety and FF&E
• Must be okay with California travel (this role will travel throughout the state, but is a "One Project at a time" position)
• Must have stable job history (no job hopping)
