Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Steward/Dishwasher for the Renaissance Newport Beach. You will help maintain cleanliness and sanitation in a busy kitchen, washing dishes, pots, and pans and keeping work areas orderly.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using a commercial dishwasher or by hand.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
