Job summary

MCR is seeking a Shuttle Driver at Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Rosemont, IL. You will drive the hotel’s shuttle to transport guests safely and assist with luggage, information, and meeting room set-ups as needed. Maintain the shuttle’s cleanliness and adhere to safety practices during all shifts.

The role requires a CDL, a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to provide friendly service with guests at all times. Flexible schedule with availability on days, nights, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• CDL license required.
• Experience in hospitality, service or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Punctuality and reliability in clocking in/out.
• Excellent guest service and communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Drive hotel shuttle safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Provide hotel and area information to guests.
• Maintain clean, neat shuttle vehicle.
• Report safety/maintenance concerns to management.
• Attend mandatory training and follow procedures.
