Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises to maintain security and safety; monitor for hazards.
• Assist guests to their rooms and facilitate entry per hotel standards.
• Respond to emergencies (medical, security, guest complaints) and coordinate with authorities as needed.
• Complete incident/accident reports clearly and promptly.
• Check IDs of visitors and control access to secured areas.
