Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED not required but preferred.
• Experience answering phones preferred.
• Good listening skills evident in daily interactions.
• Patient, friendly demeanor with strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of guests, staff and property.
• Resolve safety concerns and emergencies including public relations, medical emergencies, and criminal incidents.
• Provide detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents to management.
• Conduct regular property walks and security checks.

• Maintain safety and security of guests, staff and property
• Resolve potential problems or safety concernsResolve matters that include public relations, medical emergencies, and criminal incidents
• Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management
• Consistent property walks and checking of security check points
