Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative support experience, hotel sales or events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales and catering calls, build inquiries, and create quotes.
• Compile and distribute daily and weekly reports for sales and events.
• Assist managers with the preparation of contracts and proposals.
