Responsibilities

• Carefully inspect cleaned rooms to ensure they meet Hyatt’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Communicate effectively with Housekeepers and Housekeeping Supervisors to maintain quality and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with the Front Desk to ensure timely room releases and preparation for VIP arrivals.
• Serve as a key liaison between the Housekeeping and Front Desk teams.
• Help uphold a positive, team-oriented environment by providing feedback and support to Housekeeping staff.
