Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Plymouth, MA is seeking both Full-Time and Part-Time Hotel Room Attendants to join our team. You will provide courteous service, maintain high cleanliness standards, and support brand-wide hotel discount programs.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning guest rooms that are staying over and checking out
• Exemplify exceptional customer service and showcase a genuine passion for guest satisfaction
• Ensure that all housekeeping department standards are consistently met
• Promptly attend to and fulfill any special requests made by our valued guests
• Efficiently manage and maintain inventory levels
• Promptly report any maintenance issues to the relevant personnel
