Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards, restock linen and towels, and adhere to safety protocols while delivering great guest service.

Other responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of hotel property and services, reporting lost-and-found items, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services and hours.
• Keep rooms stocked with soap, tissues and drinking glasses.
• Identify items guests left behind and report per lost-and-found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
