Overview

Under the supervision of the Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor, the responsibilities include transferring linens and trash, assisting with stocking, and ensuring cleanliness of guest rooms, banquet rooms, and common areas. Tasks involve moving furniture, restocking supplies, and trash removal.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: Six months experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain a valid Osage Nation gaming license.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Osage, Native American, and Veteran preferences apply.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

Department Operations

• Replenish supplies such as linens, amenities, and glasses.
• Move furniture, hang drapes, vacuum, dust, and make guest beds.
• Handle maintenance requests and replace light bulbs.
• Transfer linens and restock linen areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in banquet and outdoor areas.

• Provide courteous and effective service to guests.
