Job summary

Hampton Inn Jackson Hole seeks dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendants / Housekeepers to join our team in Jackson, Wyoming.

You will clean guest rooms to hotel standards, restock supplies, and help maintain privacy and safety procedures while ensuring guest comfort. Previous experience is preferred but not required, and you must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 pounds. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed based on hotel occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Make beds and replace linens as needed
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and guest room surfaces
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard-surface flooring
• Remove trash and used linens
• Restock towels, toiletries, coffee supplies, and other guest amenities
• Inspect rooms and report maintenance concerns or damaged items
• Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies in a clean and organized manner
• Follow hotel procedures for guest privacy, safety, sanitation, and lost-and-found items
• Respond courteously and professionally when interacting with guests
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed

The Hampton Inn Jackson Hole is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendants / Housekeepers to join our team.

Our housekeeping team plays an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are reliable, and can work efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
