Qualifications

• Must be able to read and recognize similarities and differences between words and numbers, and print or speak simple sentences.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift items as part of housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, wax, scrub, polish and service guest rooms daily according to hotel procedures.
• Stock cart with guest room supplies at start/end of shifts.
• Greet guests and replace linens / replenish supplies.
• Ensure rooms are locked and door is closed after cleaning.
• Report damages or hazards to Housekeeping management.
• Return found items with details to Lost and Found.
