Job summary

PAH Management seeks a Room Attendant in Baton Rouge, LA to maintain clean guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will service rooms daily, stock carts, and replenish linens while following company standards.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, stand and walk for shifts, and communicate clearly with guests and team members. Flexible schedule may be needed in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms daily per hotel procedures.
• Maintain and stock housekeeping cart and replenish supplies.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and report issues.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisor on priorities and assist teammates.
