Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of revenue management experience, with strong analytical skills and comfort working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of revenue management experience.
• Experience in financial analysis and accounting principles preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts rooms and revenue, sets rates, and manages market segments.
• Maximizes RevPAR through inventory and rate opportunities.
• Leads weekly forecast/strategy meetings.
• Manages block utilization and group/convention revenue.
• Prepares managerial and financial analyses for executive review.
