Grand Hyatt San Antonio is seeking a Restaurant Server to greet guests, present menu selections, and make personalized recommendations from our cuisine and drink offerings. You will build menu knowledge, engage guests with friendly conversation, and create a memorable dining experience through your service style.

The role requires stamina for long hours in a fast-paced, upscale setting, with PM shifts (1:00pm–1:00am or later) and certification in TABC and Food Handlers.

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must have experience working in a high-volume, upscale environment.
• Must be able to work primarily PM shifts anytime from 1:00pm to 1:00am or closing time, on any day, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be TABC and Food Handlers certified.
