Job summary

Candidates should be able to lift up to 30 pounds, work days, nights and weekends, and follow all safety and sanitation policies. Prior maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps supervisor promptly informed of problems or unusual matters of significance and takes corrective action where necessary.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains.
• Cleans and maintains all windows, lamps, mirrors and light fixtures.
• Cleans and maintains restrooms and stocks supplies.
• Assists other Team Members as needed and maintains a cooperative working climate.
