Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Experienced Unarmed Patrol in San Francisco, CA. You will provide guest and staff safety at a hotel and resort location, conduct routine patrols, monitor entrances, and respond calmly to incidents while delivering superior customer service.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in security, high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of guest areas and perimeters and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner and follow site procedures.
• Monitor access points and assist guests with directions and inquiries; report access concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain communications with hotel management and responders.
