Job summary

Target Search Partners is seeking an experienced Hotel Renovation Superintendent to lead on-site activities for occupied properties. You will oversee schedules, quality, and guest experience while coordinating with the general contractor on major hotel renovations.

This long-term role requires 5+ years in superintendent-level construction, a strong hospitality background, and the ability to manage crews and subcontractors across nationwide project assignments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent-level construction experience.
• Strong GC-side hotel or hospitality renovation background.
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and quality on occupied properties.
• Familiarity with Procore and construction documentation.
• Willingness to work on project assignments nationwide.
• Experience with major hotel brands is a plus.

Hotel Renovation Superintendent
$125K–$145K DOE + Per Diem

We're looking for an experienced Superintendent who knows hotel renovations, particularly occupied properties where schedules, quality, and guest experience all matter.
This is a long-term opportunity with an established hospitality renovation GC handling major hotel projects across the country.
The good part about travel? You're assigned to one project at a time, staying focused on that location through completion rather than bouncing between multiple job sites. The next assignment is discussed as each project wraps up.
What we're looking for

• 5+ years of Superintendent-level construction experience
• Strong GC-side hotel or hospitality renovation background
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and quality on occupied properties
• Familiarity with Procore and construction documentation
• Willingness to work on project assignments nationwide
• Experience with major hotel brands (Omni, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.) is a plus
