DIMENSION MASTER in Lubbock, TX is seeking a dependable House Person to support the housekeeping team by maintaining public areas, delivering supplies, and assisting room attendants to keep the hotel guest-ready.

This full-time, day-shift role offers active, hands-on work and opportunities to grow within hotel operations. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required; must be flexible to holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Able to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hallways, elevators, lobbies, and public areas.
• Remove trash and replace liners throughout the hotel.
• Deliver linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies to room attendants.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and room refresh tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, closets, and storage spaces; respond to guest requests when needed.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.
• Support housekeeping leadership with special projects and daily operations.
