Job summary

InnVentures, operating Embassy Suites Tigard, is seeking a House Person to help keep public areas clean and guest spaces welcoming. You will vacuum, clean bathrooms, assist with guest requests, and support room attendants and maintenance teams to ensure a memorable stay for guests.

This full-time, on-site role requires mobility, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and availability evenings, weekends, and holidays. Eligible associates receive a competitive benefits package and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stand/walk for an entire shift and perform moving tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean public bathrooms, meeting rooms and other common areas.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile.
• Receive and store deliveries and maintain storage area organization.
• Accommodate special guest and colleague requests promptly.
• Assist with cleaning guest rooms, laundry, and kitchen duties.
• Support maintenance by reporting broken or missing items.
• Collaborate with all departments to meet hotel goals.
