Fairfield Inn and Suites North Conway is seeking a Full-Time Hotel Preventative Maintenance Tech - Houseperson to assist the maintenance engineer with the property’s building, grounds, and room readiness. You will also perform houseperson duties including cleaning and maintaining guest common areas and supporting front desk or Bistro needs.

This role requires weekend availability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong Attention to detail.
• Experience in a hotel is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Pool testing certification is a plus.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Reviews maintenance problems, complaints, and work orders to prioritize and schedule work assignments.
• Performs preventive maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
• Services the hotel’s pool including adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters.
• Janitorial duties: trash and cleaning public spaces inside and outside the hotel.
• Janitorial duties of guest common areas.
• Assist guests from the Front Desk and Hotel Bistro as needed.

Fairfield Inn and Suites Hotel located in North Conway, is looking for a Full -Time Hotel Preventative Maintenance Tech - Houseperson.

We want you to join our team at the Fairfield Inn and Suites!

The Hotel Preventative Maintenance Tech - Houseperson is responsible for assisting the maintenance engineer with the hotel’s building and grounds and the operation of its hotel rooms, to make sure they are guest ready.

You will also do Houseperson duties which include – cleaning and maintaining guest common areas. Assisting the front desk or Bistro with any needs they may have.

Pay: $18- $20 Per Hour

Shift: Full – Time - Evening /Night Shifts- must have weekend availability
