The role requires a Journeyman level with four years of training and on-the-job experience, plus familiarity with hotel/casino environments and painting materials. The candidate should read and follow policies, communicate effectively in English, and be able to supervise and coach team members while working efficiently to produce

Qualifications

• Journeyman level with four years of training and on-the-job experience.
• Fluent English; excellent communication.
• Experience in hotel/casino setting preferred.
• Mathematical ability for basic calculations.
• Ability to manage teams and coach staff.
• Read and understand policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Journeyman four years trade school and on–the-job training.
• Knowledge of all materials and colors.
• Working rapidly, attention to detail.
• Knowledge of all paints and coatings.
• Must have some taping – wallpaper and painting skills – combo person.
• Must have some experience in working in a hotel/casino following basic direction/instructions.
