Responsibilities

• Monitor paint supplies and keep stock for upcoming projects.
• Develop painting schedules to minimize guest disruption.
• Mask and protect adjacent areas before starting work.
• Prepare and apply paint to furniture and surfaces.
• Follow safety guidelines storing paints and chemicals.
• Inspect painted surfaces and address touch-ups.
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping for interiors/exteriors.
• Assist in maintenance tasks as needed.
• Keep records of painting activities, colors, and materials.
