Job summary

Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Hotel Maintenance Make Ready Team member to maintain high-quality guest rooms by performing preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure standards are met.

Key tasks include mattress flipping, deep cleaning, painting touch-ups, fixture inspections, and thorough cleaning. You will also assist with meeting room setup and help ensure brand standards across rooms and spaces.

Qualifications

• Tasks include mattress flipping, vacuuming behind furniture, deep carpet cleaning, touch-up painting, thorough dusting, bathroom cleaning, appliance functionality checks, light fixture inspection, grout and caulking examination.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for all guestrooms to meet brand standards of cleanliness and functionality.
• Complete a comprehensive preventative maintenance checklist for each guestroom, including furniture, doors and windows, bathroom fixtures, walls and ceilings, and electrical and mechanical items.
