Job summary

Stonebridge Companies in Golden is seeking a Maintenance Attendant to perform routine property and equipment repairs, monitor utilities, and assist in guest safety in line with brand standards.

The role covers interior/exterior maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and preventative maintenance, with other duties as assigned. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience; ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC and masonry.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responds courteously to guests’ questions, complaints or requests.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on interior/exterior areas and equipment.
• Conduct inspections for Preventative Maintenance needs.
• Ensure security of inventory such as tools, supplies and equipment.
• Replenish supplies and ensure equipment is ready for the next shift.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner and report findings.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to work, break and meal periods.
