Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, communicative, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing repairs.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Repairs electrical components, appliances, and HVAC as needed.
• Repairs plumbing fixtures, piping, and drainage systems.
• Repairs woodwork, doors, windows, and flooring.
• Maintains records and logs of completed tasks; submits reports as required.
