South Beach Group Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform routine maintenance tasks under limited supervision at our Miami Beach property. This full-time role requires you to inspect equipment, respond to guest needs, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations, while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor for guests and colleagues.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience, is able to lift heavy items, and can work weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering/maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule; weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine maintenance on building interior or exterior.
• Inspects operating machinery, equipment and systems.
• Ensures compliance with fire and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Reports hazards and maintains guest safety and satisfaction.
• Responds to guest requests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Assists with maintenance on mechanical systems such as pumps and fan coil units.
