Kansas City Homewood Suites in Kansas City, MO is seeking a maintenance associate to perform scheduled upkeep, respond to work orders, and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks to ensure guest rooms and public areas are safe and well maintained. Compensation ranges from $20.48 to $21.50 per hour, with actual pay based on experience and location.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
