Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware seeks a Maintenance Attendant to support hotel maintenance operations, ensure facilities and equipment function properly, and assist with preventative tasks. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to guest comfort.

You will work with the Chief Engineer, perform repairs on refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, log findings, follow safety protocols, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for

Qualifications

Knowledge of maintenance systems including refrigeration, heating, plumbing and electrical.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
Familiarity with safety procedures such as lockout-tagout.

Responsibilities

Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
Assist with maintenance and preventative tasks (refrigeration, heating, plumbing, A/C, hotel equipment).
Monitor utility consumption and report issues.
Ensure maintenance projects meet specifications and deadlines.
Follow OSHA safety procedures and lockout-tagout where required.
Perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas as scheduled.
Log equipment checks and report safety concerns to the Chief Engineer or Manager on Duty.
Maintain inventory security and respond to emergencies as needed.
Participate in maintenance for event spaces and public areas.
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and storage areas.
