Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the Hampton Inn North Port in Florida. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to ensure a safe, comfortable guest environment and smooth hotel operations.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining equipment, performing inspections, and supporting special projects while following safety guidelines and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance work orders by guests, employees and supervisors.
• Maintain, repair, and overhaul equipment and property; report issues to GM.
• Paint walls, ceilings, fixtures, building and equipment to prevent corrosion.
• Hang fixtures, replace bulbs/filters, and shampoo carpets.
• Make local deliveries and pickups; patrol interior and exterior daily.
• Maintain parking, pool and grounds per standards; follow PM schedule.
• Assist with special projects and ongoing preventive maintenance.
• Conduct daily hotel inspections and determine maintenance needs.
• Ensure sidewalks are cleared of debris, snow and ice.
• Follow key control policies and stay informed about equipment.
• Comply with OSHA standards to provide a safe work environment.
