Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Maintenance Attendant-Engineering to support the hotel's property, safety, and operations. You will perform daily inspections, maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and coordinate with vendors.

This full-time role requires hands-on, multi-skilled maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to work with front desk and housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction and asset protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certification preferred.
• 1–3 years general maintenance experience in hospitality or facilities.
• Experience in a limited-service hotel environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walk-through inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
• Maintain safe operation of structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Identify hazards and complete repairs or escalate as needed.
• Perform general repairs such as drywall, painting, carpentry, lighting, and fixtures.
• Document maintenance work and update records in the hotel management system.
