Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Hotel West & Main in Conshohocken. You will keep building systems and equipment in good condition, performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance as part of the engineering team.

You will assist the Director of Engineering with building and grounds maintenance, ensure guest and staff safety per standards, and deliver courteous service while supporting other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist Director of Engineering on building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards.
• Provide professional courteous service to guests and be accommodating to requests.
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when needed.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.
• Available to work a flex schedule, including evenings and weekends.
