Job summary

Shivaay Group LLC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of our hotel and ensure a seamless guest experience. You will perform routine maintenance, inspect property conditions, and respond promptly to guest requests while collaborating with other departments.

The role requires knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, plus strong communication and a friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

Proven maintenance experience in hospitality or similar setting.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.
Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance.
Maintain inventory of repair supplies and equipment.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of hotel amenities and facilities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations.
