LBA Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in Tampa, FL. The technician will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep to ensure safe, functional hotel operations while delivering friendly guest service.

The position requires knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and tools, with a focus on safety and teamwork. Scheduling includes nights and weekends as needed, with benefits available to associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and preventative maintenance.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools and safe operating practices.
• Dependable, service-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot and assist with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Maintain hotel grounds and ensure maintenance equipment is in proper working condition.
• Complete assigned maintenance documentation.
• Identify and immediately report or correct hazardous conditions.
• Follow all safety, security, and brand standards.
• Assist guests professionally and protect guest privacy.
• Assist with houseman duties when assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.
