The role requires hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building trades, with flexibility for varied shifts and possible holiday work. High school diploma required; college preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years of experience in a branded hotel or quality property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility using preventive maintenance guidelines and complete documentation.
• Perform repairs and maintenance of hotel areas as needed.
• Demonstrate familiarity with hotel life safety systems and take corrective action when needed.
• Report hazards or injuries promptly and assist in housekeeping and safety duties.
