Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, flooring.
• Ability to troubleshoot and determine repair solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance requests.
• Valid driver''s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Repair drywall and patch holes/damaged surfaces.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces; perform touch-up work.
• Repair, replace, and maintain flooring including carpet and tile.
• Perform carpet cleaning and spot cleaning as needed.
• Assist with plumbing repairs and minor leaks.
• Perform basic HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting when qualified.
• Repair and maintain doors, locks, hinges, and fixtures.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and inspections.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
• Identify and report major issues requiring contractors.
• Maintain hotel grounds and exterior areas.
