Job summary
Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC manages Holiday Inn Express Orlando, seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer to support the maintenance team. You will assist in coordinating daily maintenance operations, perform basic repairs, and ensure guest areas meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Two years of maintenance experience in a hotel or related field.
- One year of supervising staff is preferred.
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations are required.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, lift up to 75 lbs and reach overhead.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Engineer in coordinating maintenance operations.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Inspect guest rooms and maintain pool and spa chemical levels.
- Schedule work, review problems, and prioritize tasks.
- Develop training and department protocols with the Chief Engineer.
- Maintain logs and coordinate vendor relationships.
