We're looking for a skilled and motivated General Maintenance / Shift Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role is responsible for maintaining the functionality, safety, and appearance of all guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and back of house facilities. You'll troubleshoot and repair systems across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and life safety while delivering exceptional service to our guests and colleagues.
Compensation Range: $21 - $28

Minimum 3 years of building maintenance experience; hotel experience preferred
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair practices
Ability to read blueprints and schematics (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
Professional communication and guest-service mindset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
Comfortable using ladders, hand tools, and power tools
