Qualifications

• Two years of hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment, proper chemical handling and disposal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive interaction with hotel staff and guests.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance manuals.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep, preventative maintenance and troubleshoot ice machines, refrigeration units and air handling units.
• Provide excellent guest service and prompt problem solving.
• Adhere to safety rules, procedures and cleaning schedules.
• Follow maintenance program and schedules; assist with inventories.
