Job summary

Responsibilities

Installs, maintains and repairs equipment per standards (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
Performs carpentry, painting and pool maintenance tasks.
Stands willing to climb to 20 feet and lift up to 75 pounds as required.
Uses basic hand and electrical tools; handles parts and materials.
Keeps records and coordinates with other departments on maintenance issues.
Supports health, sanitation and OSHA inspections and participates in emergency response.
