Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Maintenance Engineer for the La Quinta Resort and Club. The role performs maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure safety, reliability, and guest comfort.

You will collaborate with colleagues, maintain logs, and respond quickly to issues to protect guest experiences. Prior hotel maintenance experience and strong communication are required; weekend/holiday availability and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance roles at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
• High attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Repair electrical components, house wiring, HVAC, plumbing fixtures, and related equipment.
• Keep logs and prepare reports as requested by supervisors.
