Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with elevators and fire safety equipment.
• Ability to develop preventive maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs for hotel equipment, systems, and infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, elevators).
• Perform or supervise preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
