Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests and staff.
• Set up the bar according to hotel standards and serve guests promptly.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails per hotel mixing standards.
• Ensure bar area cleanliness and inventory control.
• Follow state liquor laws and safety procedures.
• Respond to guests' problems and complaints.
• Know hotel services and facilities.
• Ensure bar and service areas stay clean during service.
