Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to engage with hotel guests and elevate their experience. You will welcome guests according to standards, provide information about hotel outlets, and anticipate guest needs with genuine appreciation.
The role requires high-quality communication, strong organization, and the ability to collaborate with restaurants, spa, and entertainment teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
Under the direction of the Manager Hotel Front Desk, the Lobby Ambassador is responsible for engaging with Hotel guests to enhance their overall experience. Acknowledges and welcomes all guests according to enterprise and Department standards, anticipating guest and visitor needs and thanking guests with genuine appreciation. Creates unique memories, builds rapport, and maintains a professional relationship with guests while following and meeting enterprise service excellence standards.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three (3) years customer service experience required. Upscale hotel experience preferred. Must have schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holiday shifts and overtime when needed.
Excellent communication skills required. Ability to identify and prioritize issues. Excellent organizational skills.

Hearing sufficient to hear conversational levels in person, via videoconference and over the telephone. Speech sufficient to make oneself heard and understood in person, in front of groups, in meetings, via videoconference and over the telephone. Visual acuity that meets the requirements of the position: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading and visual inspection of employees, visitors or facility. Mobility sufficient to safely move in an office environment, walk, stoop, bend and kneel, and enter, exit and operate a motor vehicle in the course of travel to promotional events, meetings, conferences, trade shows and San Manuel properties. Endurance sufficient to sit, walk and stand for extended periods, and maintain efficiency throughout the entire work shift and during extended work hours.
