Job summary

Terranea Resort is seeking a Laundry Attendant to process soiled linens, towels, and uniforms in accordance with hotel standards. You will operate all laundry and dry-cleaning machinery, keep the wash area clean, and maintain inventory and documentation of bundles and loads.

The role requires staying aware of guest needs, upholding safety regulations, and working with minimal supervision while supporting team members across shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (verbal and non-verbal).
• Ability to count.
• Attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Prioritize and organize.
• Strong judgment to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Follow departmental policies and procedures and respond promptly to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and use as intended.
• Ensure cleaning chemicals are used per regulations and hotel requirements.
• Prepare and organize work station with supplies; replenish as needed.
• Sort and process linen and garments; document items and bundles.
• Operate laundry and drying equipment and monitor cycles.
