Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping and guest services preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work quickly with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepares bed and bath linens.
• Delivers guest amenities.
• Inspects and cleans public areas and restrooms.
• Strips, cleans, and straightens rooms.
• Displays and replaces amenities and promotional materials.
• Remove trash and soiled linen; transport to appropriate area.
• Maintains supplies to clean rooms efficiently.
• Follow proper cleaning methods to prevent injuries.
• Keeps supply carts stocked.
• Laundry, pressing, and folding of towels and linen.
• Report deficiencies in guest rooms to management.
• Ensure cleanliness of hallways, elevators, public areas and corridors.
