Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management in Walnut Creek, California is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to support hotel operations by processing soiled linens and distributing clean linens.

You will operate industrial laundry equipment, sort and store linens, and uphold quality and safety standards while providing courteous service. A flexible schedule and reliable teamwork are essential to meet hotel needs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in laundry operations preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate industrial laundry equipment ( washers, dryers, ironers ).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Receive and sort soiled linen into appropriate containers.
• Operate washers, dryers, sheet spreaders, ironers, and feeders/folders.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Place folded linen and terry cloth in designated storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Notify Supervisor or Manager of any equipment malfunctions, damaged linens, or supply needs.
• Follow hotel safety standards and use only approved chemicals.
• Perform provided tasks and ensure operational efficiency.
