Job summary

HHM Hospitality in Morehead City, NC is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support hotel housekeeping by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens to maintain high guest satisfaction.

You will operate washers and dryers, follow safety protocols, and assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed. Prior housekeeping experience is desirable. HHM benefits include competitive wages, health insurance, paid time off, and more.

• Prior housekeeping experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sort, count, and pre-treat soiled linen in preparation for laundering.
• Load and unload washers and dryers.
• Maintain equipment as trained.
• Fold, store and distribute towels and linens.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks in the event of staffing shortages.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
